VIDEO MEDIATION

In light of recent developments, Cambridge Family Mediation is now only offering Skype MIAM’s and Mediation.

While we always try to deliver mediation through face-to-face meetings, the use of Skype is not an uncommon approach and is regularly used by the service’s mediators. With the current government guidance the service is looking at how it can support customers while also reducing the risk of the virus to staff and clients.

Skype allows mediation to take place without the parties coming into a meeting venue. If you would like to try this approach, then please raise this when you call to make a reservation. If you don’t currently use Skype, it is easy to set up on your; laptop, Tablet, Xbox, Amazon Alexa device or phone.
