Meet the board of trustees

Stacey Moar, Chair of Trustees

Stacey grew up in Australia and came to the UK after finishing university, where she completed a Bachelor of Business.  She has worked for JPMorgan for most of her career in a variety of roles, including COO for their European research business, so she brings experience of operations management and organisational development.  She has been a trustee since 2013.


Jackie Roberts, Vice Chair of Trustees and Treasurer

Jackie is a management accountant and has been a Trustee at CFMS since 2013. She has an Engineering Science Degree from Oxford and her early career was spent at British Gas. Recently, she worked for Cambridge University Rugby Union Football Club and currently works for TwistDx. Prior to becoming a Trustee, Jackie worked as a manager at Essex Mediation for three years, so as a Trustee she brings experience of running a service as well as her management accounting skills.


Quentin Baker

Quentin is a solicitor and Executive Director of LGSS Law Ltd. He has practised as a solicitor for over 20 years, primarily for organisations in the public and not for profit sectors. He is also a CEDR accredited mediator and holds a number of company directorships.


Liz Lewis

Liz Lewis was educated at York University and spent 7 years as a BBC news producer on BBC Radio 4 and 5 Live. Subsequently, Liz has worked in marketing and communications since 1998, for a range of organisations including: Spinal Injuries Association, Genesis Housing Association, London Borough of Camden, Esmée Fairbairn Foundation and the RSPB.  She is currently Head of Marketing at Tees Law in Cambridge. Liz has been a trustee since 2016.


Jo Preston

Jo Preston was brought up in Cambridge and educated at the Perse School for Girls.  She has a degree in Psychology from the Open University and is the Personnel Manager at King’s College, Cambridge.  She is able to advise the Service on HR matters and ensure compliance with employment legislation, and is an ACAS-qualified Internal Workplace Mediator.  She has been a Trustee since July 2016.


Fiona Sharp

Fiona is a Chartered Independent Financial Adviser, who has worked in Cambridge since 1997 and who is Accredited by Resolution (formerly the Family Law Society). She has specialised in financial planning on divorce and separation since 2002. She is able to offer technical assistance to the practice Mediators on all aspects of financial separation, but pensions in particular. She has served as a Trustee since 2012.
